Career
Highlights-
Burt M. Polson, CCIM began his real
estate career in commercial portfolio asset management in 1990 for a developer, later
to receive his real estate agent’s license in 1992 and then his broker’s
license in 1995. After receiving his
broker’s license, Polson started ACRES Real Estate Services, Inc. focusing on
commercial, industrial and multi-family sales, leasing, management and
consulting. He continues to operate his
brokerage today concentrating in the Napa Valley and surrounding areas.
Being a real estate investor himself,
Polson understands the many facets of property ownership from an investment
view. Keeping active in portfolio asset management also gives him a close relationship with the owner/user and
tenant sector as it relates to operating a business. In his company, Polson embraces technology
being focused on the continual progression of a mobile agent thereby being
flexible and nimble. You will find him
active in several social networking sites as well as his blog.
